Successful Online MLM Business is what it is all about! In many ways, we are like a traditional sticks and bricks business. We need good products or services, and methods to deliver them. Most of all we need buyers and customers.

We have no employees in our downlines. They are replaced with like minded entrepreneurs. These partners are referred to as “business partners, down-line, associates, distributors, managers, directors, etc.
Our main focus now is to build the “team” into a small front-line core of 10-15 partners, who will recruit, train, and retrain the hundreds, and then the thousands who will follow.
Once you have "the core group" working, your job will be to replace or add as needed the “core group partners” who are not getting the job done.
"The core group" members are your main responsibility, and the ones you will have personal contact with on a pre-determined regular basis. They are your only function in building, maintaining and supporting their efforts with the down-lines
It is absolutely essential you recruit quality business partners for "the core group". Interviewing this group and the decisions you make on recruiting them as "core group" business partners, will absolutely determine if you are to have a successful online MLM business.
You need to know everything about "the core group." Names of husbands/wives, children, pets, birthdays, and anniversaries. Names of their college, universities or high schools. Favorite food, vacation spots, and family activities are your keys to motivating these 10-15 "core group" partners.
